Services

Individual Psychotherapy:

For Maryland, Virginia, and Vermont residents
To ensure I can provide the best support possible and because specialists are limited, my waitlist is currently focused on clients who meet criteria for DID or OSDD

I work with adults who have experienced trauma, attachment wounding, and dissociation, and those who are systems or plurals. I also love providing therapy to other therapists. Your+ feedback is important, as are collaboration and consent. I value receiving active feedback in session and am happy to work with a team of other providers. I am 2SLGBTQIA+-affirming and work from an anti-oppressive, intersectional feminist lens.

I use a combination of ego state therapy, clinical hypnosis, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am intentional about providing coping, reconnecting, grounding, and self-advocacy skills and techniques in session for those who find them helpful. I feel extremely passionately about dissociative processes and helping folks learn how to navigate their trauma symptoms and dissociation.

In network with: Medicare, Cigna, Johns Hopkins, and United Healthcare, self pay: $140

Individual/Group Supervision:

For Maryland and Vermont social workers

This is for provisionally licensed therapists seeking advanced licensure. I value the importance of a good mentorship, especially in the field of trauma therapy. It’s important we all learn from each other and provide the most conscientious and thoughtful supports for folks who have experienced trauma. I do tailor my approach in supervision to someone’s existing knowledge level and theoretical approach. I am glad to be a consistent resource throughout the licensure process and beyond.

Individual: $100/hr

Group: $40/hr per group member**

Professional Consultation:

I love talking about trauma and dissociation to other therapists, please ask me about it! If you’re feeling stuck on a client’s case or are looking for additional ideas around supporting your clients who experience dissociation, feel free to reach out. In consultation, we talk about your theoretical approach and how you can leverage it, collaborate to problem solve through any tough spots, and talk about additional resources. I'm also a Consultant in Training through EMDRIA and can provide 15 hours of consultation toward certification or as needed EMDR consultation. We’re all here for the same reason - to support trauma survivors!

Cost: $150/hr**

**Good Faith Estimate

The No Surprises Act requires I give new clients who are paying out of pocket (not using us insurance) a good faith estimate for services received by me within a specified time frame. It also stipulates if you have a bill from me of more than $400 above the good faith estimate, you have a right to dispute it.  --Learn More
