Individual Psychotherapy:
For residents of Maryland, Nevada, Vermont, and Virginia
I work with adults and specialize in supporting folks who have experienced complex trauma, those who experience dissociation including dissociative identities or multiplicity, and survivors of ritual, sadistic, and/or organized abuse. I also love providing therapy to other providers such as physicians, therapists, veterinarians, and others in the helping professions. Your+ feedback is important, as are collaboration and consent. I value receiving active feedback in session and am happy to work with a team of other providers. I am 2SLGBTQIA+-affirming and work from an anti-oppressive, intersectional feminist lens.
I use a combination of ego state therapy, clinical hypnosis, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), deep brain reorienting (DBR), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I'm an EMDRIA certified therapist and approved consultant. I'm level three trained in DBR with additional accompanying training in Alexander Technique interweaves and Sudden Sound Protocol (S2) and am pursuing DBR certification. I'm level two trained in hypnosis.
My clients have described me as efficient, thoughtful, and astute. I think I'm also funny :) I feel passionately about trauma therapy, dissociative processes, and supporting folks in learning how to navigate dissociation. The therapeutic relationship is built on trust and the hope for healing - I'd be honored to hold that space with you.
Self pay: $185/55min session
I am not paneled with insurances but am happy to provide a superbill if your insurance offers reimbursement!

This is for provisionally licensed therapists seeking advanced licensure. I value the importance of a good mentorship, especially in the field of trauma therapy. It’s important we all learn from each other and provide the most conscientious and thoughtful supports for folks who have experienced trauma. I do tailor my approach in supervision to someone’s existing knowledge level and theoretical approach. I am glad to be a consistent resource throughout the licensure process and beyond.
Individual: $100/hr
Group: $40/hr per group member

I love talking about trauma and dissociation to other therapists, please ask me about it! If you’re feeling stuck on a client’s case or are looking for additional ideas around supporting your clients who experience complex trauma or dissociation, feel free to reach out. In consultation, we talk about your theoretical approach and how you can leverage it, collaborate to problem solve through any tough spots, and talk about additional resources. I'm an EMDRIA-approved consultant so I can provide all hours toward EMDR certification or consultancy. I am also able to provide the experiential Deep Brain Reorienting consultation necessary for the DBR-P. We’re all here for the same reason - to support trauma survivors!

**Good Faith Estimate
The No Surprises Act requires I give new clients who are paying out of pocket (not using us insurance) a good faith estimate for services received by me within a specified time frame.
