How do you approach therapy?
Feel free to talk to me about this by phone or email! It varies a lot depending on what you want and find helpful. I am very flexible and am intentional about respecting someone’s preferred pace and needs.
What insurances do you accept?
I am in network with Medicare, Johns Hopkins (EHP/family), Cigna and Evernorth, and United Healthcare (commercial).
How much is a session if I pay out of pocket?
My out of pocket cost is $140 per 55min session. Oftentimes, insurance plans can reimburse you for seeing an out of network provider so if you don't see your insurance here, it could be helpful to see if you have out of network benefits!
How do you feel about integration and fusion vs functional multiplicity?
Your goals are for you to decide! Generally, though, integration and fusion aren’t always practical, reasonable, or wanted. Functional multiplicity is a fantastic goal for your time in therapy.
